Pricing for Accessibility & Social Benefit
At Excelerant Pathways we believe in the need for making trainings accessible to all. As such we have a three tier pricing structure to make this a reality. Charging full price those that can afford to ensures we have surplus that we can then allocate towards those who otherwise would not be able to afford our services.
The tier system is as follows:
Tier 1: For profit organisations, Government Agencies & Equivalent - 100% charge for services
Tier 2: Educational, Social enterprises & Equivalent - 50% charge for services
Tier 3: Excelerant Pathways Scholarships - Fully offset from Tier 1 surplus
Our pledge is that for every Tier 1 program that we deliver we will use 20% of the surplus generated to fund Tier 3 programs
A Balanced Beginning
During the founding quarter of our organisation we dedicated 50% of our time towards company set up and all the work that goes with that
The remaining 50% of our time was spent helping an organisation that delivers learning experience programs for youth in Hong Kong.
