First, we clarify what you want to achieve, what is it that you dream of and what are the reasons why you are in the current situation versus your desired state. So, we look at what is holding you back. We focus on your resources, what you already have and what you can use to get where you want. We will also discover what else you need, what needs to happen to reach or identify the goal.
We will also establish how we can best work together. We will also ensure that we have good rapport and that we are in a good place to support your journey.

Where does this take place?
Standalone coaching sessions
We provide a flexible approach to the coaching structure based upon your needs. There is no minimum number of sessions to sign up to: you may only need two sessions, you might want on-going sessions. Also the amount of time between sessions is agreed with you at the end of each session. We work around your needs.
Each of these standalone hourly sessions can take place in the same places mentioned above and will cost £70 per hour or £100 for 90 minutes.
Behavioral Change Package
Our belief is that it takes a moment to have an insight, 66 days to cement a new habit and 90 days to holistically change your mindset in order to achieve desired results. This is the process that we generally work through with our clients, and we’ve seen radical results in people developing their potential.
The standard coaching package is recommended:
If you have an idea about what you want to achieve but you have not started yet; or you have tried several times but it didn’t work out and you want to figure out how to realize your goal
If you want to clarify what it is that you really want to change.
This package consists of
6 coaching sessions, each 60-90 minutes long.
Sessions every 2-3 weeks, not longer apart.
Coaching support in between sessions (via e-mail or WhatsApp).
Accountability check-ins between sessions.
In case there is a need to prolong the process with extra sessions, each of the sessions is priced at $75
Leadership Team Coaching
Systemic team coaching is a process by which a coach works with a team, both when they are together and when they are apart, in order to help them improve their collective performance and how they work together. It also explores how they develop their collective leadership to effectively engage with all their key stakeholder groups, to jointly transform the wider business.
We aim to develop teams that:
Are high performing, clear in their purpose and enthusiastic in their work.
Share the leadership role.
Have members that still act as a team when not together.
Have elements of both individual and mutual accountability.
Creates generative dialogue, with open discussions around active problem solving.
Measures their performance directly by assessing their collective work projects and not by indirect indicators.
Discusses, decides and most importantly, does real work together as opposed to simply delegating tasks to others.
Focusses on tasks, processes and also continued learning.
Have a clear purpose and are able to engage, not just their stakeholders, but also their stakeholders' stakeholders

Ongoing Team Coaching
In a team coaching environment this will vary slightly on your needs. In general though we would look to do initial interviews with the individual team members alongside a current status audit prior to a day or twos offsite to kick start of the process. Then we would follow up with several session to ensure that momentum isn't lost and that we complete on our deliverables. This will be followed by a final assessment and discussion on possible steps moving forwards.
As with the individual coaching we would also be available to support the team in a more general ongoing manner throughout the process.
